LIMES Schlossklinik Abtsee takes a holistic approach tailored to the specific needs of teenagers aged 14 to 21, focusing on full recovery and positive personal development.

Surrounded by beautiful nature in the Berchtesgadener Land, we have created a healing place that offers adolescents and young adults a unique atmosphere to solve their mental problems. Together with our interdisciplinary team, consisting of specialists and therapists for adolescent psychiatry, we work with our young patients to develop a highly individualized treatment plan – in consultation and involvement with the family if necessary.

We take care of our young patients’ specific issues such as eating disorders, depression, trauma and various personality disorders.

The LIMES Schlossklinik has been designed exclusively for the needs of young adults. The therapy center and accommodation for up to 50 young patients is located on a 25,000 square meter lakeside property.
